Velvet Confessions was built for the 2AM voice memo: glassy keys, a guitar loop that never resolves, and an 808 that slides under every bar like it is apologising. It leaves acres of room for stacked harmonies and ad-libs.
The drums stay soft on purpose. Kicks knock without crushing the vocal, and the hats are shuffled just enough to make a slow flow feel expensive.
