Last updated September 2026. The short version: you pay, you get files and a license, everyone knows what the license covers.
What you buy
Beats and sample packs are licensed, not sold outright — unless you complete an exclusive buyout with a signed transfer. Your order confirmation and license contract together define exactly what your payment covers: formats, stream limits, videos and term.
Delivery & refunds
Digital files are delivered instantly after checkout. Because downloads cannot be returned, refunds are only given when files are technically defective and we cannot replace them. If a download fails, message us first — replacements are fast.
Upgrades & exclusives
Lease upgrades credit what you already paid toward the higher tier. Exclusive buyouts retire the beat from sale; leases bought before the transfer stay valid for their original holders.
Services
Custom production, mixing and songwriting are quoted per project with milestones agreed in writing before work starts. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun; if a direction demo is rejected, only the agreed sketch fee applies.
